I did eventually find what I was looking for, so I guess the site does its job. The menus felt a little all over the place though, and a few pages were slower than I expected. Checkout was actually straightforward, which was a nice surprise. Overall, it’s okay, not terrible by any means, but I’m not totally convinced it couldn’t be a lot smoother.

I thought the packaging would be discreet like they said, and at first I figured maybe I was overthinking it, but no, it really wasn’t. It made the delivery feel awkward.

Overall, it works and my son does enjoy playing with it. My quick way of judging toys is basically, “Does he keep going back to it?” and he does, so that’s a good sign. But the performance is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes it responds right away, and other times there’s a noticeable little delay that gets frustrating. The battery also drains faster than I expected. It’s not a bad toy by any means, I just figured it would feel a bit smoother for the price

I was happy with the toys I ordered. They’re decent quality and didn’t cost a fortune, so I’m not really sure what more people would expect at this price. Delivery was fine as well, no issues there. For the money, I think it’s really good value and I’d buy from them again.

Reactive Toys seems like a decent place and they do have some cool stuff, but the stock availability kind of threw me off??
A few things I wanted were showing as out of stock, then one of them came back later after I’d already ordered it from somewhere else. I was just sitting there like, okay, so should I have waited or not??
Overall it’s not a bad site, but I wouldn’t fully rely on it if you need something quickly. Faster stock updates would definitely make it less frustrating

This was disappointing. The plastic feels super cheap, and it snapped before my kid even Really got a chance to play with it. Definitely not something I’d buy again

I tried getting in touch with reactivetoys.co.uk about an issue with my order, and I barely got any help. To be fair, maybe they were busy or maybe I didn’t explain it perfectly the first time, but the replies were really slow and it felt like they hadn’t properly read what I’d written.
I ended up chasing them more than once and still never got a clear answer. I get that things can slip through the cracks, and maybe I just caught them on a bad week, but it was really frustrating and I don’t think I’d order from them again after this

Got exactly what I ordered, which apparently feels like a small miracle these days. No issues, no surprises, just the right stuff showing up like it was supposed to. Happy with it.

I ordered from reactivetoys.co.uk and, to be fair, the delivery was quicker than I thought it would be. The parcel turned up within a couple of days, and the tracking was simple enough to keep an eye on, which is all you really need when you’re waiting for something to arrive.
I’m giving 4 stars because the dispatch email came through a bit later than I’d have liked, so at first I wasn’t totally sure if the order had actually been sent. Nothing major though, and once it arrived everything was fine. Overall, a decent experience and I’d use them again.

Had to return my order and it was easy enough. Got my refund quick too, so thanks for that

The range is decent overall, but there were a few things I expected to find that just weren’t available. It kind of left me feeling trapped, like I had to settle for whatever was there instead of actually getting what I wanted. Could definitely be better.
